Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the FastBee Affiliate Program, operated by Adstok LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Filing ID: 2026-001965106). By creating an affiliate account, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

1. How the program works

When you sign up as an affiliate, you receive a unique referral link containing your affiliate code. If someone visits FastBee through your link and later creates a customer account, that account is permanently associated with you as the referring affiliate, regardless of how long it takes them to activate a site.

2. Commission

You earn 30% of the activation price actually paid by a customer you referred, calculated on the real amount charged by Stripe at the time of purchase. Commission is earned once per site activation. The commission percentage may change for future referrals at any time; commissions already earned are not affected by a rate change.

You also earn 30% on every credit recharge your referred customers make during their first 12 months.

3. Attribution & eligibility

• Attribution happens when a referred visitor creates a FastBee customer account, not merely when they click your link.
• You may not refer yourself, or create a customer account using the same email address as your affiliate account, to generate a commission.
• Commissions obtained through fraud, spam, incentivized clicking, or misleading advertising will be voided and may result in your affiliate account being disabled.

4. Approval & payout

New commissions start as pending and are reviewed by our team. A commission only becomes payable 7 days after the referred customer's payment, once our 7-day refund window has closed — this protects against paying out on a sale that is later refunded. Approved and payable commissions are paid out manually on a rolling basis to the payout email you provide in your dashboard. There is no fixed payout schedule or automatic payment integration at this time.

5. Account status

We reserve the right to disable an affiliate account at any time for violation of these Affiliate Terms or our general Terms & Conditions. Disabling an account does not forfeit commissions already marked approved or paid, but voids any pending commissions found to be fraudulent.

6. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms or the commission rate at any time. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
