These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fastbee.store and any website generated through it (the "Service"), operated by Adstok LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Filing ID: 2026-001965106). By creating an account or activating a site, you agree to these Terms.
FastBee generates a website and an AI voice assistant for your business from your Google Maps listing, your existing website, or information you type in directly. Once activated, your site is hosted by us and can be connected to your own custom domain.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Activating a generated site requires a one-time payment as shown at checkout. Prices may change for future customers at any time; the price you were charged at activation is the price that applies to your site. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Certain AI features (extra languages, extra AI-generated content, etc.) may consume credits purchased separately, as shown in your dashboard.

Website text, images, and voice-assistant responses are generated by AI based on the information you provide. You're responsible for reviewing your generated site before publishing it and correcting anything inaccurate about your own business.
We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adstok LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business or leads.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Hosting on fastbee.store is free for as long as your account's AI credit balance stays positive. If your credit balance remains at zero or negative for a continuous period of 12 months, we reserve the right to shut down and remove your site; keeping your credit balance positive is your responsibility. A site that receives an unusually high volume of visitors or AI-assistant usage may be required to upgrade to a paid hosting or usage plan to keep running; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such requirement takes effect. To protect the Service and its other users, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to throttle, suspend, migrate, or otherwise adjust how any individual site is hosted or served, including (without limitation) in response to unusual traffic, suspected abuse, or resource usage disproportionate to your plan.
Every FastBee-generated site includes the FastBee Accessibility Engine at no extra cost: visual adjustments (high contrast, dark/light mode, link highlighting), reading assistance (dynamic text resizing, a dyslexia-friendly font, adjustable line height, a reading guide), and a conversational AI voice assistant that can read page content aloud and answer visitor questions. While these tools are designed to improve website usability and accessibility, FastBee and Adstok LLC do not guarantee 100% compliance with WCAG, ADA Title III, or other regional regulations, nor do they replace professional manual accessibility audits. The site owner remains ultimately responsible for the accessibility compliance of their custom content and overall digital presence.
