FastBee ("FastBee", "we", "us") is operated by Adstok LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, Filing ID: 2026-001965106). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through fastbee.store and the websites we generate for our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: the email address and password (stored as a secure hash) you use to register, or your name/email/profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Business information: whatever you provide to generate your website - your business name, address, phone number, description, and photos - either typed in directly or pulled from your public Google Maps / Google Places listing.
Payment information: when you activate a site, payment is processed directly by Stripe. FastBee does not receive or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount charged.
Voice assistant conversations: if a visitor to a FastBee-generated website talks to the AI voice assistant, that conversation (and any name/phone/email the visitor provides) is recorded and made available to the site owner as a lead.
Usage data: basic analytics on your generated site (visits, clicks on the "Call" or "WhatsApp" buttons, conversion events) so you can see how your site is performing.

2. How We Use Information

To generate, host, and operate your website and its AI voice assistant.
To process payments and manage your account and credit balance.
To send you account-related emails (activation confirmation, lead notifications, support replies).
To improve FastBee's own product and troubleshoot issues.

3. Third-Party Services

FastBee relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

Google - Google Maps / Places API (to import your business data) and Google Sign-In (optional login method).
Stripe - payment processing.
Google Gemini API - generates your website's text/images and powers the AI voice assistant.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. FastBee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google, Google Maps, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

4. Cookies

fastbee.store and the websites it generates use essential cookies to keep you logged in and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies to measure visits and conversions. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your generated site and associated data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via our contact form.
